This Privacy Policy of Personal Information (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that Deep Interiors Design Growth Space (hereinafter Growth Space),  located at the domain name https://www.alexpankova.com, may obtain about the User during the use of the Deep Interiors Design website and the programs and products of Growth Space.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1.     The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. “Administration of the Growth Space website for interior designers Deep Interiors Design (hereinafter – Administration of the site)” – Authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of the Growth Space,  who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (the subject of the personal data).

1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” – a mandatory requirement for the operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or the existence of any other legal basis.

1.1.5. “Growth Space Website User (the “User”)” – A person who accesses the Site, via the Internet, and uses the Growth Space Site.

1.1.6. “Cookies” is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. “IP address” – the unique network address of a node in an IP-based computer network.

2.    GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1.     Use of the Growth Space site by the User signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of the User’s personal data processing.

2.2.     If the User does not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Growth Space site.

2.3.     This Privacy Policy applies only to the  Growth Spaces website. Growth Space has no control over, and is not responsible for, any third-party sites to which the User may access through links available on the Growth Space site.

2.4.     The Administration of the site does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Growth Space site.

3.    SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY

3.1.     This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the Growth Space website to keep confidential and ensure the protection of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration of the website during registration on the Growth Space website or during the ordering process to purchase a service/good.

3.2. Personal information permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Growth Space Website when placing and paying for an order, as well as subscribing to a newsletter, and may include the following information:

3.2.1. User’s first and last name;

3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;

3.2.3. email address (e-mail);

3.3. The growth space protects the Data that is automatically transmitted when you view ad units and when you visit pages where the system’s statistical script (“pixel”) is installed:

  •               IP address;
  •               information from cookies;
  •               information about the browser (or other program that accesses advertising);
  •               access time;
  •               the address of the page on which the ad unit is located;
  •               referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may prevent you from accessing parts of the Growth Space site that require authorization.

3.3.2. Growth Spaces collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) shall be securely stored and shall not be disclosed, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2. и 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

3.5. When placing an order for services or goods and selecting the method of payment, the User indicates his payment data (including, depending on the selected method of payment, the number of the bank card, its expiration date, name, cardholder, CVC code). Such information is processed by the services of payment integrators, and the Administration of the site does not have access to them.

4.    PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER

4.1. The Administration of the Growth Space website may use the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Growth Space website in order to place an order and (or) to enter into a distance purchase agreement with the Growth Space .

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to the personalized resources of the Growth Space Website.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notices, inquiries regarding the use of the Growth Space Website, the provision of services, and processing inquiries and requests from the User.

4.1.4. Determining the location of the User to ensure security, fraud prevention.

4.1.5. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Create an account to make purchases, if the User has agreed to create an account.

4.1.7. Notifying the User of the Growth Space Website about the status of the Order.

4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming tax or tax credits, disputing a payment, and determining eligibility for a line of credit by the User.

4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support when problems arise related to the use of the Growth Space Website.

4.1.10. Providing, with User’s consent, product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of Growth Space or on behalf of Growth Space partners.

4.1.11. Advertising activities with the User’s consent.

4.1.12. Providing the User with access to sites or services of Growth Space partners in order to receive products, updates and services.

5.  METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5.1. Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of time, in any lawful way, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.  

5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, exclusively for the purpose of execution of the User’s order placed on the Growth Space Site, including delivery of Goods (if provided).

5.3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The administration of the site takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. The Administration of the site together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.

6.  OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user is obligated to:

6.1.1. Provide personal information necessary to use the Growth Space Website.

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.2. The site administration is obligated to:

6.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure confidential information is kept confidential, do not disclose without prior written permission of the User, and do not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data transmitted by the User, except for the paragraphs. 5.2. и 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. To take precautions to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User in accordance with the procedure generally used to protect this kind of information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4. To carry out the blocking of personal data relating to the relevant user, from the date of application or request of the user or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of unreliable personal data or misconduct.

7.  LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Administration of the site, not performing its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. и 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became in the public domain before it was lost or disclosed.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

8.  DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising out of the relationship between the user of the Growth Space site and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

9.  ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy will be effective when posted on the Growth Space Website, unless the new Privacy Policy provides otherwise.
